experience as successful business professionals and World Champion
athletes! The JUMP Team is led by national speaker, writer, trainer and
former U.S. Army Ranger, David Hart. A graduate of the University of
Cincinnati, David combines his jump experience with a solid grounding in
business, having accumulated more than 15 years of experience in sales,
management and marketing, including over five years as founder and CEO
of a national retail/amusement company. He is the author of “JUMP! Leaps

Past participants Say:
"It is easy to learn from David as he gives you a visual tour of
successful hiring, comparing skydiving with attitude for success. Our
SHRM Chapter thoroughly enjoyed the information presented in a way we
would remember! I recommend David to your organizations to help you find
out how to hire and retain ‘’A’ employees.”
Laura McGreevy, President Northern Kentucky Human Resource
Association
“David Hart and his trainers from the Jump Institute provided our
chapter with an exceptional training program on teamwork and leadership
skills…it offered, engaging and insightful tools that participants could
use the next day at their jobs.. I recommend the Jump Institute for any
organization that wants to create a high performance team, and JUMP to
the next level. This changed my attitude toward working with teams.”
