A Leadership and Teambuilding Event

Jumpmasters/Facilitators

Team Fastrax is the most ambitious, commercial skydiving team project in the world. With 20 active members, the team has a combined total of approximately 200,000 skydives. The team competes in multiple skydiving disciplines, nationally and internationally. Jumps are routinely made into high profile events to represent the team sponsors. With many high qualified instructors, the team facilitates tandem skydives with select individuals.

David Hart is a national speaker, writer, trainer and former U.S. Army Ranger, David has jumped from as high as 21,000 feet, as low as 800 feet and has made 100 skydives in just 13 hours. David has jumped out of cargo airplanes, hot air balloons, helicopters and even off bridges and into many high-profile events, including NASCAR races, NCAA football games and symphony performances. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, David combines this experience with a solid grounding in business, having accumulated more than 15 years of experience in sales, management and marketing, including over seven years as founder and CEO of a national retail/amusement company. David has written and been the subject of various articles and is the author of “JUMP! Leaps in Organizational Performance and Teamwork.”

John Hart, CEO of industry leading pre-employment screening firm, Selection.com, retired 1st Sergeant of the United States Army and member of the United States Skydiving Team. John is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Business Administration and has more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, leader and competitor. He is a member of Team Fastrax Formation Skydiving Team and has made more than 3500 skydives training and competing throughout the World. His unique style of leadership inspires others to perform there best in everything they do!

Doug Park has over 17,000 skydives; he is a World Champion and multi World Cup Champion, current member of the Team Fastrax 4-Way Team, and an internationally respected performance coach. He brings this passion and experience to his company Sky Systems USA Inc. in Deland, Florida. Sky Systems is the worldwide leader in protective skydiving helmets and other related equipment. Doug comes from an independent small business background, and has made skydiving an integral part of his personal and professional accomplishments. He is customer focused and performance oriented.

Dan Brodsky-Chenfeld, “BC”, a 16-time National Champion in all disciplines of Formation Skydiving, and 8-time World Champion, brings over 25 years of experience as a world-class competitor and team coach. He has used his extensive leadership and coaching skills to organize significant undertakings in skydiving teamwork, such as the 300-way world record for the largest Freefall Formation ever built. A graduate of Ohio State University, currently Dan is a manager at one of the busiest drop zones in the world. He continues to compete and coach world-class skydiving teams to peak performance. He has been featured on "Inside Edition", "Speed Demons", "Ripley’s", "Dateline", "Ordinary Extraordinary", "Real TV", TLC, FOX, ESPN and ESPN Europe.
