Instructor: P3 was selected by the American Society for Training and Development (astd.org) to collaborate with Sundial Learning on the design and development of three of ASTD’s HPI Certificate courses. The courses are Selecting and Managing Interventions, Evaluating Performance Improvement Interventions and Transitioning to Human Performance Improvement. Lorimer serves as a facilitator for the HPI program as well as ASTD’s Training Certificate Program and Designing Learning Program. Prior to P3, Lorimer worked for over fifteen years as a human resource manager for several large manufacturing companies. Lorimer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Richmond and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Tennessee.
