THE BUSINESS LAW
 ADVISORY BOARD (BLCAB)

 Advisory Board Members

One of the reasons for the creation of the BLCAB was to ensure that our curriculum continues to meet the needs of students , employers, and law schools.  Through the interaction of its board members and faculty, course materials and topics of study will continue to be monitored and updated to ensure our graduates are ready to meet the challenges of our "legally defined" world of business or are prepared for more advanced studies.

Through its Advisory Board, comprised of prominent members of the Tulsa legal and business communities, and its Director, Susan Board, Genave King Rogers Endowed Fellow of Business Law, the Genave King Rogers Business Law Center is an educational resource for students and the entire TU campus.  Among its many functions, the Center holds an annual open house in which students and the TU community are invited to visit one-on-one with Board members to discuss opportunities for undergraduate internships and job opportunities.  The Advisory Board further supports the Business Law Specialization by providing guest speakers for classes and seminars.  The Advisory Board was instrumental in creating the reality-based Business Law Specialization curriculum designed to prepare students to become leaders of the global business community of the 21st century.
