This page contains information on the status of our members and pledges. It provides a convenient way to check and see if you are up to date on your required hours and how many hours you still lack.  To view your detailed professional and community service hours, click here. NOTE ON HOURS: The total columns (under the Professional Totals and Community Service Totals columns) add up all BAP and non BAP sponsored hours. Make sure you also periodically check your total BAP sponsored hours because you must have at least 4 Professional BAP sponsored hours and at least 3 Community Service BAP sponsored hours each semester in order to remain in good standing.

In order to get credit for BAP events, make sure to sign in on the members/pledges sign-in sheet.  If you do not sign in, you will not get credit for attending.  If you arrive at an event the sign-up sheets have been picked up, find Alison Bertram once the event is over and she will let you sign-in then.  To get credit for non-BAP events, fill out the forms online (links are above).

All hours must be turned in by midnight at the end of the month the event occurred.

***Status Awards***
Member/Pledge of the month awards are determined based on the following criteria:

  • BAP Professional and Community Service Hours,
  • Outside Professional Hours (weighted less than BAP hours; capped based on BAP hours available),
  • Outside Community Service Hours (weighted less than BAP hours; capped based on BAP hours available)
  • Conference hours are split equally among the months of the semester.
**Tiebreakers are determined by attendance at required events and committee work.
