Strategic Leadership Series

 Forecast for the Future:
A Strategy Audit

14 contact hours/ 1.4 CEUs/ 14 CPEs

Performance measurement is a key to sustainable long term growth of any organization—are we the best that we can be?  You may ask, “where do we fall on the benchmark scale of our competitors?”  But have you ever done an audit on your strategic plan to see if your alignment, efficiency, organizational structure and financial model are giving you the best return on investment.  And what are the risks of remaining where you are today in the marketplace versus adopting a new direction?

Participants will learn to:

  • Assess the alignment of the business architecture - measuring the organization's ability to deliver results; and matching customer growth with your ability to serve them; and assess financial performance

  • Analyze potential risk - identifying the areas to watch closely that can significantly impact the profitability of the organization

  • Summarize the assessments and build strategy - to discover potential paths to future success

  • Understand the building blocks to lead to another path

Who Should Attend:
Advanced Level: experienced leaders/experts with accountability, who have competed intermediate level.

Chris received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tulsa, and earned a master’s of science degree in telecommunications from Oklahoma State University.
