You may not have the title of project
manager—although you may well be managing one or multiple projects. If
you are looking for a better understanding and a process for handling
projects, technical and non-technical, formal project management
training may be the answer. And if you need advanced skills with
national credentials, the foundation courses and exam prep course will
prepare you.
The Center for Executive and Professional Development is pleased to partner with Capstone Development for this high-quality Project Management Certificate program and PMP® Exam Preparation course available to the region. Capstone has been delivering project management courses around the world for more than 10 years and has been a PMI® Global Registered Education Provider with the Project Management Institute since 2001.
The Project Management Certificate consists of three courses, all of which will apply to the educational hours required by PMI® for national certification. PDUs will be awarded based on the standards set by PMI®. Participants may take individual course commensurate with their experience level.
The PMP® Exam Preparation course is designed to prepare participants pursuing Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification with the Project Management Institute (PMI®). The course provides in-depth coverage of all knowledge areas within the five process groups of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). All these courses can be delivered in-house and exams of participant knowledge at the conclusion of each course provided.
