Instructor:
Susan Boyd, J.D., Director of The Genave King Rogers Business Law Center and an Applied
Assistant Professor of Business Law in the College of Business
Administration’s Management and Marketing Department. In addition to
teaching both undergraduate and graduate business law classes, her areas
of research include business law, family-owned business, ethics, and
employment law. She is also a part of a growing international business
program.
Susan was awarded the 1999 Master Teacher Award from the
Academy of Legal Studies in Business, the professional association for
Business Law professors. From that select group she was chosen to write
the business law questions for the National CPA Exam. She received both
her Bachelor and Master degrees from Oklahoma State University, and her
Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa College of Law.
