Building Company Performance to Baldrige Standards

The Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence is the best roadmap to business excellence available today. There are three versions of the criteria, aimed at specific groups: Business, Education, and Healthcare. Criteria platforms look at these groups from a systems perspective to understanding performance in management.

Companies who have received the Baldrige National Quality Award have consistently outperformed the S&P 500 by at least 3 to 1. The Criteria provide a results-focused framework which will benefit any organization, whether they pursue the award or not. So where does a company start?

This four-hour course will give you an overview of what it takes, the criteria and more.

Participants Will Learn:

bullet

How to understand and use the criteria.

bullet

How to perform a self-assessment of their company or organization.

bullet

Participants receive course materials covering Baldrige standards and assessment criteria. The Center for Executive & Professional Development provides a certificate of completion.

Who Should Attend:

bullet

Senior and middle managers from schools, hospitals, other healthcare organizations, and businesses who need to understand quality issues.
